A very nice, easy pisco and wine cocktail. Its elegant, fresh character makes it a nice introduction to both drink/spirit categories and also generally for people who like smooth, balanced drinks and don't want anything too hard (despite quite a bit of total alcohol volume). I think it's great how the right, crispy Sauvignon Blanc creates an ideal balance even with 30ml of elderflower liqueur without the classic acid components in the form of juices, verjuice, etc. Fresh grapes, blossom meadow, citrus zest and elderflower, as well as some crispy apple, green and red. Silky, juicy.
