One of the best-known drinks from a star of the modern Tiki scene, Shannon Mustipher. Among other things, she is the author of the wonderful bar book "TIKI - Modern Tropical Cocktails", which we will certainly be discussing in the future.

It is also one of my favorites from the book, but the rhum you choose is quite important and not every Agricole works. While it was only average in 1-2 Agricole combinations (and great with others), this time, for example, it really impressed me with a little cheat. I used the Savanna Grand Arôme Lontan, which is not an agricole but partly reminiscent of an agricole. With a full 57.5% you get funky young Jamaican influences with the grassy and dry notes of the French version of the sugarcane spirit, all handcrafted on Reúnion, a beautiful bottling. Intense, salt and olive brine, guava and Mediterranean herbs, ginger and lime, loved it. A small warning in advance: this version is not for 40-46% Daiquiri drinkers...
