Recipe:

- 60ml anejo tequila

- 22,5ml lime juice

- 15ml Cynar

- 7.5ml Chartreuse Jaune

- 7.5ml agave syrup

- (I would recommend 1bsp dry curaçao)

Shake everything on ice until sufficiently chilled, strain into a prechilled cocktail glass.

A very nice, slightly chaotic tequila drink. A tad too tart and generally biting for me, a barspoon dry curaçao gave it the finishing touch in my opinion. You can of course also increase the syrup, but I think the dry orange liqueur often gives it that final finesse, especially with reposado and anejo tequila as a base.

The combination of artichoke and anejo, with the herbs on top, almost gives the impression of a rinse with mezcal. Notes of toasted oak, vegetable-herbal and citrus notes alternate, really interesting one.
