Fittingly, a "Book Of Lies" was prepared recently while writing a book review for LT. It's been on the list for a while, as I collect every single recipe for room temperature cocktails anyway. A very nice, smooth and yet deep reversed rum Manhattan at room temperature. Scaffa at its best, super round, elegant and drinkable despite the temperature and pure alcohol as ingredients. Dried cherries and plums, grapes and Mediterranean herbs, as well as a hint of funk. As I don't have any Zacapa 23 nonsense here, it was blended with 2 other, better dark & chocolate-y rums.
