Recipe:

- 45ml Lucano amaro

- 22,5ml lime juice

- 15ml aged rum

- 15ml banana liqueur

- 7.5ml pineapple syrup

Pour ingredients into tin, add ice, shake, strain into glass with crushed ice, garnish with Pineapple fronds

This drink was created for Amaro Lucano by a well-known cocktail photographer (and mixologist), Shannon Sturgis. She based it on the well-known Jungle Bird, but used of course Lucano instead of Campari.

It plays a little with the Jungle Bird theme of bitterness and freshness, using a great, easy-to-understand combination of dark, spicy amaro notes and tropical notes on the other side.
