FREAKIN' FANTASTIC. I did not expect how much I would like it. On the nose vinous, earthy cinnamon notes, dried agave and walnut, grapefruit zest, some licorice and dry cocoa powder. The taste is full of dried cherries, earthy agave, sweet tobacco, oregano, cinnamon, licorice, grapefruit peel, from the halfway point it becomes discreetly more Christmasy, while initially it was more exotic. Finishes with cinnamon, agave, licorice and plum puree.

At the same time it has a nice silky body, as half of the drink is vermouth. As a cinnamon lover I found 2.5ml not enough to have an impact , have therefore used a good barspoon, so about 4ml.

How does this one get only 3.5 of 5 stars from the users on Diffordsguide? It's a mystery to me!
